Prior to commencing employment, each applicant undergoes a pre-employment DOT physical examination and a drug screening. Our drivers are required to uphold the necessary DOT qualifications for commercial drivers, which include a valid physical examination, a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and participation in random drug testing.

At Venture Bus Transportation, we prioritize hiring only experienced commercial drivers. Each driver possesses a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and has prior experience before joining our team.

New drivers are paired with more seasoned colleagues to initiate their assignments, and they are assigned to trips in a manner that gradually enhances their skill set.
